      汽车翻转安全保护阀在微压工作条件下有着严格的密封性能要求。采用理论分析方法,分析各种因素对翻转阀泄漏量的影响;提出一种微压下泄漏量的测试方法,并设计汽车翻转阀密封性能的测试系统。该测试系统中采用精密调压阀、压力计和其他元件控制和测试相关参数,并包含一个基于Visual C++和PLC的软件控制系统。实验数据表明,该测试系统能效率地、稳定地测试翻转阀的密封性能。实验结果与理论分析均表明,测试压力、稳压时间、测试腔的体积都对泄漏率有着直接的影响。
英文摘要:
      Roll over valve has strict requirements about tightness when working under micro pressure.The factors influencing on the leakage of roll over valve were analyzed by theoretical analysis method. A testing method of leakage under micro pressure was presented, and the testing system based on this method was developed.In this test system, precision regulator, pressure gauge and other components were used to control and test the related parameters, and a software control system based on Visual C++ and PLC was included. Experimental results show this test system can test the tightness performance of roll over valve efficiently. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that testing pressure, balance time and test chamber volume have direct impacts on leakage.
