      采用玄武三号栓-盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维织物复合材料在干摩擦及在海水、机械油介质中的摩擦磨损性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损表面和摩擦对偶表面进行观察和分析。结果表明,海水和机械油可以分别在对偶表面形成软质薄膜和润滑膜,起到了减摩作用;同时,水分子和油分子会渗入到复合材料内部,降低纤维与树脂间的黏接强度,导致复合材料抗磨性能的降低。
英文摘要:
      Friction and wear behaviors of UHMWPE fabric composites in seawater and machine oil mediums were evaluated in a pin on disc friction and wear tester.The worn surface and transfer film of UHMWPE fabric composites examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicate that,seawater and machine oil can improve the antifriction property due to the formation of the soft film and lubricative film respectively on the counterpart surface.As the infiltration of the water molecule and oil molecule reduces the bonding strength between the fiber and resin,the antiwear property of composites is decreased.
